We never want to lose a potentially wonderful applicant because of costs, so we have put together a few great opportunities for Seminar by the Sea students.
FOR ALL STUDENTS
We offer aid through our scholarship fund, which our generous alumni and friends have contributed to throughout the years. We simply ask you to take a look at the total program costs (which are included at the bottom of this sheet). Then, talk with your family about what you can afford, and let us know what that number is. In addition, please supply us with a brief explanation of your request for a scholarship. You can email Rebecca Gidjunis with this information email@example.com We distribute scholarships according to need and will do our best to help you get to a number you can work with!
There are also a limited number of paid camp counselor and/or internship positions available for the second half of the summer at Oceanwood to qualified applicants. Click here to apply for a position at Oceanwood.
FOR EASTERN STUDENTS
Seminar by the Sea is not eligible for FastPass, but it is offered at a tuition comparable to that at community colleges. Combined with scholarships (as mentioned above), Seminar by Sea can be extremely affordable.
In addition, loans are available. If you are taking at least 6 total credits this summer, then you may be eligible for a Federal Stafford Loan. If you are only taking Seminar by the Sea, you may be eligible for Private Alternative Loans from Sallie Mae or Wells Fargo. Please contact Eastern University’s Office of Financial Aid for more information at 610-225-5102 or firstname.lastname@example.org
FOR NON-EASTERN STUDENTS
Contact your school’s financial aid office for more information on aid that can be applied to this Eastern University course.
